Free shipping on every US order.
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive in 7–14 business days after shipping. Some take a little longer during the holidays.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Where it ships from: our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.
- Holidays: order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
We can't ship to PO boxes. Please use a full street address.
Returns & exchanges
30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items with tags on.
- Refund or store credit: get a refund to your original payment method, or choose store credit if you'd rather shop again.
- Wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it. Once your return arrives, we ship the new size at no extra cost.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You won't need to send it back.
- How to start a return: email us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and steps. Return shipping is paid by you.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags on, for hygiene reasons (except damaged or wrong items).
- Timing: once your return arrives, we process your refund, credit or exchange within 5 business days.
