Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. During busy periods and sales, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 7–14 business days after they ship. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holiday periods can add a few days. For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by December 1.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start showing updates.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't ship to PO boxes, so please use a full street address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, or your package is lost in transit, email us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check around your door, with neighbors and with your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 days, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help you sort it out.
